House concurrent resolution 3063 affirms North Dakota’s sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the
Constitution of the United States and demands the federal government to halt its practice of
assuming powers and imposing mandates on the states for purposes not enumerated in the
Constitution of the United States.
It has been introduced by Rep. Headland, Kasper, Koppelman, Nathe, Thoreson, Weiler
In has passed favorably out of the ND House with a 52-40 vote. As of 4/7 it has been passed along to the Senate Finance and Taxation Committee for further review.
Please urge your Senators and members of this committee to pass this resolution as written.
