HCR 3040 is a resolution that has been introduced by REP. DAN RUBY to urge Congress to withdraw the US from the dangerous Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America and ANY other bi-lateral or multi-lateral activity which seeks to create a North American Union and threatens to destroy the very sovereignty of our blessed nation.
